BodyAge Fitness Cardio Coaching Program provides an opportunity for individuals to exercise effectively,on their own schedule and" Get Results"!

It is ideal for those who feel they cannot afford personal training but are still looking for "the bestbang for their bucks"when it comes to how to spend their workout efforts. And, it allows them and their trainer to track activities, every day of the week, inside and outside of the studio thus ensuring success.

How about being able to exercise doing what you like, tennis, hiking, biking, and actually see the results and experience the rewards of committing to a program that works?

Sounds pretty good right? Well, here is how our Cardio - Coaching Program works:

  • Initial assessment

The initial assessment will include the BodyAge Assessment, and an automated, non-exercise, Polar Own Index Test that will give a quick, safe and accurate method of determining Sub-max VO2.

  •  Polar "Keep U Fit" cardio program

With this information using the Proprietary Polar Keep You Fit Cardio Program, you and your trainer can choose a current activity level, how many days a week you want to workout and whether you want to maintain, improve or maximize your performance.

  • Regular motivation, download and program changes

Depending on which level of our Cardio - Coaching - Program you choose (see below), you and your trainer will meet at regular intervals to download the data off your monitor. At that time a comparison to the established program and adjustments or changes will be made and your trainer will also download new training guidelines to your F6 or F11 HRM (watch).

Imagine having a virtual trainer on your wrist when your trainer can't be with you.

  • You are not alone

    Your fitness coach will be with you every step of the way through continuous follow ups. Being accountable to someone other than yourself will greatly increase the probability of success.

Basic Level:

- POLAR BodyAge Assessment
- Member gets a POLAR Heart Rate belt to monitor heart rate level on cardio machine, during workouts.
- Monthly cardio workout program designed by trainer
- Self - Monitoring of workouts
- Monthly meeting with trainer to re-assess program
- $109 for the first month. Includes POLAR BodyAge Assessment + Heart Rate Belt + 1 month cardio-coaching
- $ 40/month thereafter

Bronze Level:

- POLAR BodyAge Assessment
- Member gets a F6 Heart Rate to monitor heart rate level on cardio machine
- Monthly cardio workout program designed by trainer
- Self - Monitoring of workouts
- Monthly meeting with trainer to re-assess program
- $159 for the first month. Includes POLAR BodyAge Assessment + F6 Heart Rate Monitor + 1 month cardio-coaching
- $ 40/month thereafter

Silver Level:

- POLAR BodyAge Assessment
- Member gets a F11 Heart Rate to monitor heart rate level on cardio machine
- Monthly cardio workout program designed by trainer
- Self - Monitoring of workouts
- 2 X monthly meeting with trainer to re-assess program
- $249 for the first month. Includes POLAR BodyAge Assessment + F11 Heart Rate Monitor + 1 month cardio-coaching
- $ 60/month thereafter
