Cardio Coaching Program
Details on how it works:
- EVERYONE takes an OwnIndex Fitness test to get a base line of fitness
- The Fitness tests are done with Polar Heart Rate Monitors which can be downloaded on our Polar Software or manually recorded on the Daily Tracking Charts we will supply to you.
- Once base line has been determined our Cardio Coaching Program starts:
- How many cardio workouts per week can you, reasonably
- Your trainer with the help of the Polar Software does the rest.
POLAR FITNESS TEST with OWNINDEX
- Targeted for Healthy Adults
- Takes approximately 5 minutes ( 255 heart beats)
- Based on:
- Heart Rate & Heart Rate Variability at rest
- Age, height, weight, sex and physical activity during the previous 6 months
- Uses neural network analysis
- Lie down or sit, no talking or other interference
Cardio Coaching Program
- The makeup of your exercise program will depends on your current fitness level and on your fitness goals
- With the results from the POLAR BodyAge Assessment you will know where you are at now, and you simply need to decide what your goals are for the future.
- What you still need is a plan to reach your target, a plan that will let you know how, what and when.

The elements in a Cardio Coaching program include:
- how often - the number of exercise sessions per week
- how hard - the intensity of each exercise session (as heart rate)
- how long - the duration of each exercise session
The Cardio Coaching program is based according to an individuals fitness level and over all weight goal.
Exercise duration and heart rates will also be tracked for every session. Your trainer will supply you with a Training Record Sheet and it will simply be up-to-you to fill in the blanks!
